Tesla app glitch?: Model Y order RN number greyed out, confirmed delivery date not showing up and can't accept order agreement/delivery on app.

Hi,

My Tesla app shows my RN number greyed out and the next steps like review agreement/accept anything are not accessible. The delivery date also doesn't show up on the app though some it shows up on online account (today at noon!)

Is this a system wide glitch in the app. Or something to do with my order?!

Here's a snapshot. Look the circled green area where no delivery date is showing up. My online account still shows confirmed delivery date today at noon.

There was a large mostly system wide glitch, my reservation went from delivery TBD to we show your order on hold, then I got an email stating my order would be cancelled if I didn't state "I'm ready"

An "accept delivery" (or something like that..) button should become available at your arranged delivery time. If not, I'm sure the delivery center will help you take care of it.

Thanks for your inputs. The glitch persisted for me. The folks at Mt Kisco told me that was case with a lot of other people as well yesterday. Ended up signing paperwork manually rather than on the app.

Overall though the lack of adequate communication during the whole process with Tesla is disappointing.
