I assume they opened a ticket? It doesn't matter if they're clueless. Have them open a ticket and it should get to the right team. I seriously doubt your going to get an answer on the phone from a first level human.
Also, what is your zigbee showing? Is the red signal light on? Is this a Tesla inverter or SE? If SE did you log directly into the SE portal to see if it's showing up there?
