We've had 20.49.0 for about a week and the app version is 3.10.9 (released October 2020). It looks like they are turning on the functionality gradually and not opening it up for all customers at once. What version app you have? I'm on 20.49.0 and it's not there (yet)
This does seem like the answer - it is a Tesla/server-side setting whether you see it. It was just enabled for us in the last few days as well - don't know exactly when. As a solar roof + PW customer, it seems like that means it is probably rolling out to everybody now. Hopefully I won't have to use it, but it is nice to have that option available. We've had 20.49.0 for about a week and the app version is 3.10.9 (released October 2020). For documents, the [email protected] email address is really responsive. They can get you whatever docs you need to fill out forms, etc.Nice. This is much better than hanging on hold for hours. I just used it to request some documentation on my install. We will see if it works better than calling.
I realized today that I only see the option on the Powerwall gateway screen, not on the separate solar production screen. Fortunately, it has service categories available for solar issues as well.Looks like it just started working for me today too View attachment 641876

Here's are the options I see after selecting Service from the gateway screen.Mine doesn't have anything populated for solar production issues, I wonder how long you have to have the system before those options appear.View attachment 641960
Those are the same I see, noting - as in your image - that you can only see the choices for one area at a time, and it always defaults back to system communications. (And, they do not customize for solar roof - still says "Damaged Panel(s)".)Here's are the options I see after selecting Service from the gateway screen.
They will show up anytime now without notification.I filed an issue/question through the app 4 days ago. Haven't seen any response.
