At any given time, when using power from the grid, the app will report say 2.4 kW.
As soon as it starts using the PowerWall instead, it instantly drops to 1.2 kW.
Usage reported by my utility also seems more consistent with about half the net grid use reported by the app.

Talk with Tesla support and get them to come out and fix the problem. There is either a misconfiguration or mis-installation of the current sensors, CTs.
