I have a Homelink unit that I need installed, I scheduled an appointment via the "service" option in the Tesla app. Ever since then when I click the service link I get the spinning symbol and it says "looking for appointment" and then it almost immediately says "ERROR" at the top and "Error, try again later. Failed fetching service tracker"
At first I thought this was due to scheduling over the weekend and a human being had to confirm something and it would be working correctly Monday (today). First time I opened my phone today under service it says "You have unread messages from your service team" and I thought "Great, let me click on this now that it is working"... and the same damn thing happened!
I have done a "forced stop" on the app hoping that would resolve the issue, but no joy.
