Tesla App status code 400

So I just placed my order on a Testla model 3, it said to finish my documents on the app so I got the app. Registration and trade in throught the app was simple but on financing whenever I press yes or press no to pay with cash then click on view I get the same error code 400. I am trying to finance the car so I can't really go forward if the app isn't letting me continue. I don't know if this is a server issue or a bug or maybe it's just my phone and wifi but I can't seem to be able to do it anywhere but my phone. Through the website on a computer it says to download the app as well.

There have been API failures the last few days on Tesla's end, which may be related.

However, there's no need to do financing yet unless your car is actually available. You'll need to re-submit an application after 30 or 45 days or so, so anything you do now will likely expire long before your car is available. You can leave it set to Cash until a couple days or even minutes before you pick up.

I'm sure Tesla suggest to download and install the mobile app, so that you have it when your car is delivered. A couple years ago you could do nothing apart from listening to training videos with that app until it was connected to your car (at delivery).

I suggest using a computer and logging into the web site to do all the stuff prior to delivery.

When I log in on a computer it doesn’t let me fill out anything, it just tells me to download the app on my phone so I’m not able to do anything on the website.
