Tesla Motors Club

So I have noticed what I think is a new UI element in the Tesla app on my iPhone this morning. I did not drive my car in a couple days (parked outside) and so the battery drifted down to 76% from 80%. Temperatures are right around freezing (plus or minus).

I have never seen the snowflake before and the blue bar.

I am wondering if this is some new indicator to tell folks that the battery indicates lower because the battery is cold vs. because it actually has discharged that amount?

Note that I don’t think the car was charging or heating the battery at the time.
