Noticed that the latest Tesla App update included a much needed percent number to see when moving the charge slider to the value we want, makes for it an easier reference. Thanks Tesla!

My Tesla app is V3.10.2 which I think is the current version, and I do not see the percent number when moving the charge slider.

What version are you on? And are you referring to the official Tesla app or some third party app?

What I do see when I move the slider is a range number in miles at the lower left corner of the battery icon. Is that what you are referring to?

Oh great, just checked and now I can constantly be reminded that my max range is 284.

That's why I leave mine set to show the percentage.

Okay, I think I get it: the number shown in the app charging screen reflect how the car is set: to show range in miles or percentage of battery capacity. :D

I'm not seeing a percent either.

3.10.2 is the current version as far as I know and yeah it was a while back as I posted in the Energy forum since they shrunk some of the graphs there. I didn’t notice any changes to the car section. Didn’t see that post in the 4 user subforum.

Edit. I stand corrected. In the bottom left corner of the the charging ‘battery’ there is a percentage (or miles, I guess, if miles) and it works well when you are scrubbing the slider back and forth. Before you couldn’t precisely dial in an exact setting. Thanks, Tesla.

Now if we could ever get app release notes like we do for the cars. Oh, wait.... :D

It displays miles or % based on what you have it set to in the car.
