Anyone every have problems getting this error and what was done to resolve? FYI mysolarcity app is working just fine with the exception that no consumption data is coming through.

I had it once. It went away without action on my part.

Anyone having issues with the app connecting? Appears to be a very flaky connection.

Just had a battery installed so checking on a regular basis 10-15 ties a day, but the app will only connect about one in every 5 attempts.

Another question on monitoring, i have managed to connect to the gateway on my ipad but i have to connect to the gateway wifi each time. Is there a way to have it connected all the time with your normal broadband connection?

Also when connected to the gateway i cant login to my account form the webpage?
