Interesting article. I reluctantly agree that the sound system in my wife's 3 is better than my S with the premium sound package. Until I heard the Model 3 I thought the S had the best factory system I had ever heard.
It’s clear that they placed a higher priority on the sound system that the materials. I’m actually OK with that. It’s just something you have to be aware of if you compare the Model 3 to a car like the Jaguar I-Pace which has a much higher end interior but is inferior in almost every other way.
