Tesla batteries at MCB Parris Island?

It looks like Tesla power equipment is being installed at Marine Corps Base Parris Island, South Carolina. A couple of days ago I noticed a construction site on base that had a half dozen large white cabinets bearing the red Tesla logo. I can’t imagine they would put a supercharger on base, so I presume it’s a battery installation. Anyone know more about this project?

There's this microgrid project. No mention of Tesla so it might be unrelated — but there's a battery component.

The project at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) includes 6.7MW of PV generation, a 3.5MW combined heat and power facility and a 8MWh battery storage system.
