Not lookong for anything specific. I saw X P100DL in a salvage auction last week and i started to consider the thought of a Tesla salvage yard. I do not yet own a tesla and am trying to he prepared for what happebs if i need a new front right fender... etc.

The battery and drive unit are worth so much on these that they seem to be constantly getting torn down, perfectly good cars, not wrecks.

If you need a part that matches all the way back to 2013, then you are set for sure. If it is recent, then it might take some effort.

The only one I’ve found that’s been worth anything has been Calimotive.

EVTV uses them for batteries as many of us do, along with drive units

Ok. So drive units. I have a 2017 MS. Can I upgrade the front motor to the new style so I can get one pedal driving and better range? What do they sell for?

That is probably a bit more involved as the software has to be tweaked, you might contact member wk057. You would have to bring the car to his shop deep into the US.
