Tesla Business PCP VAT included? Finance options.

Hi,
Using the Tesla monthly cost estimator.
Can anyone please tell me if selecting a Business PCP whether VAT is excluded or included? It's not clear when I click on Business PCP estimated monthly payments?
If you select business contract hire it clearly says ex VAT so I can assume the business PCP includes VAT?

Any help appreciated.
