Tesla can become DEBT FREE if they do a decent size stock offering now. Should they do it?

Imagine a debt free Tesla.
Should they do a stock offering to become debt free?
It may even propel the stock higher as a debt Free tesla removes the debt concern issue.
I say yes.

They could... or they could do the stock offering, and use some money to buy the building David Einhorn's office is in, and then do an owner-move-in eviction and move some Tesla operations into that suite.

Not sure which I'd like to see more...
