The whole hood and headlights look different

The hood appears "bowed" and the lights appear noticeably thinner. Maybe it is a trick of the eye or the perspective though...

You are right but to me it looks clear that the front side is slightly different. Maybe that it's the Super AWD Model S?

Elon Musk just said on live TV; doing giga factory in partnership with some other companies, currently making final decision on location, more details at Q4 ER. I'd say that's about as real as it gets.

Elon said deciding which state to pick not province so talk of "North America" being somewhere in Canada are out.

He referenced "partners" in the Giga Factory not "partner." So there will be more than just Panasonic assuming Panasonic is one of the partners.

When Phil LeBeau asked about the Model E Elon did not correct him saying something like that is just a trademark , the final name of the Gen 3 sedan had not been picked etc.

Well, given that they are probably going to need to use some battery company's intellectual property, that stands to reason. Most likely Panasonic, but not necessarily...

Looks no different to me. Definitely just the lighting.

RE looks different...

Looks to me (on the right version) as if there is a ledge below the left head light for a wiper. Note that protrusion below the dark area with a bright reflection..
