Is there a 13A charger one can use which cannot (easily) be stolen or tampered with, for the model S?
Model S has a solenoid in the vehicle inlet that locks the handle to the car. As long as you have an integrated charge cable like the earlier referenced one from Mennekes (ie. no adapters in the cord) then the car will not release the handle without the key present. Then, you only have to worry about vandalism like someone cutting the cord, not someone easily taking it away.
