Tesla Coal Rolling?

I live in good ol Carlsbad NM, where welders run rampant and wild. I get coal rolled daily. My question is... can I put something on the base of my rear bumper that like.... throws leaves or grass clouds at them? Like... leaf rolling.... or even a water vapor. Im no engineer, so i can't design something myself.. but it would be hilarious. Just an idea. Even a confetti popper?

Once you have passed them, a nice soft ice cream cone out the passenger window about windshield height should do the stick!

A confetti popper would just get overcome by the wind.

Maybe put in a large train horn... not a little semi horn, but the real thing.

I've toyed with the idea of sound effects like putting out the sound of a large Gradall diesel engine, but it would have to be coordinated with the throttle and I just don't have time.
