I bought a mobile charger at tesla.com. Once received noticed it was used! Scuff marks on the part you insert into the car and the button was cracked! Immediately initiated a return in the app. Have not heard from anyone. I go back into the app and the option to return and/or the return is not there! I have already emailed [email protected] and have not heard anything. I’m annoyed. Anyone have another contact for tesla.com part orders/returns?
