The traditional automakers have decades of experience, incredible supply chains, vast dealer networks, and more. So does that mean that Tesla is doomed when the legacy automakers "wake up" and start making EVs? I don't think so, here's my reasoning, let me know if you agree or not.

Tricky question.....Estonia has a slave culture of being subservient to German and Russian Empires? When will Estonia rejoin the Russian Empire?

    Very true article.

Its heavily underestimated how hard it is to turn a company around in terms of culture. If the CEO or PR department makes large announcements it does not mean a lot for the future of a company if we talk about a paradigm shift. This is for me one of the main reason why I believe the large ICE makers who dominate the market today will likely be smaller players in the future if not forced to merge or even worse.

We will see a lot of changes in that industry in the future and that change has more to do with the inability to change a culture versus to build good EVs.

Some years ago an executive at Westpac (Australia's largest bank at the time) said "Changing corporate culture takes 6 months per layer of management". The quote stuck in my mind. I think the incumbent ICE manufacturers have lots of layers of management.
