Tesla contact?

There is a Vic plate fee $190 billed in my Tesla agreement.

I supplied my custom plates and assignment of custom plates is $130.30 (VicRoads). So how/where to contact Tesla for a refund of the difference? I tried their toll free customer service number but there is no option to discuss these matters? Am I missing something here?

Do a service request in the app. Seems to always get a response.

When I was buying my M3, I was going through an allocated sales person (who admittedly changed a few times through the waiting period). When I had questions or concerns (prior to and immediately after delivery), I just rang him and he got onto it.
