Tesla credit submission stuck in preocessing!!

I filled out the credit app and hit Apply and the processing window came up. However, it has been spinning for over 5 mins which doesn’t seem normal. I assumed it would just collect the info and process in the background.

Is this normal?

I don’t want to stop and submit again and have two hits on my credit.

I don’t think that is normal at all, but don’t worry, it will not count as two hits on your credit no matter what.

This happened to me too. I emailed my DS and OA, and was told my application wasn't submitted, and that this happens sometimes; advice was to clear my browser cache and / or try a different browser. I switched from Safari to Chrome, and it worked the second time,

I tired 3 different browsers and devices last night and same thing. Appears to be an issue on their side. I will try again this morning, fingers crossed!

Definitely not normal. Mine spun for maybe 30s and then went to a confirmation page. What you don't get (or at least I didn't get) is an instant yes/no... it took right at 24hrs before someone from Tesla lending e-mailed me with terms to accept/reject.

Talked to DS and he sent me a different link to the credit app and it worked as expected. Heard from Tesla finance a few hours later and all is good.
