While there's clearly a lot of Tesla related FUD out there, this definitely does not qualify.

The Justice Department investigating Elon Muck for criminality.
I find this shocking. Under normal circumstances I'd simply shrug and say "hey there's trump being an arsehole again", but the Justice Department under Jeff Sessions clearly is not taking their marching orders from Trump. While I may not like Jeff Sessions at all, I do think he's been a model of justice and independence in an incredibly trying position and situation.
So it raises the issue…. what's going on here...?
I think the most likely explanation is someone whispered something to them. I think the one month tenure of their CAO may be related to this. I certainly hope not, and I truly hope Elon hasn't been cooking the books a la Enron.
Time will tell.
