Tesla data sharing with China?

In yesterday's Wall Street Journal, I read an article about how the Chinese government digital surveillance system was able to track the movements of a single corona virus sufferer on every step as he/she zig-zagged through Wuhan on various public transportation conveyances. In that case they used the data for a benign purpose, to warn, via broadcast and social media, members of the public, stating that if they had been in such-and-so subway station at such-and-such time on such-and-such date, they might have been exposed to the virus and should be vigilant for symptoms.

It made me wonder what data Tesla China is compelled to share with the Chinese government?

I imagine that data from Tesla US is used by the NSA and others. Cops have started asking for data from cars involved in crimes too.

With all the data Tesla gathers their cars must be a gold mine for cops and spooks.
