Tesla delivery: what should we do after 'REMOVE HOLD'?

I was not at town at the delivery date scheduled at first. My order became hold last week.

I click remove hold today. The page directed me to this page. Is that correct? Why was I not assigned new VINs as the sales told me???

Are these inventory cars 'old'?

Anyone familiar about this issue?

It can take up to a week or more after removing hold before a new VIN is assigned. It’s simply giving you the option to select an inventory car for faster delivery if you want. Otherwise just continue to wait for a new VIN.

DO I need to make payment nowor waiting a new VIN?

You get it after you get a VIN and they give you the final purchase agreement.
