I have the same problem as original post. But I do have a key!!! Is there anyone in the south of England who has tcan and wouldn’t mind calibrating my air suspension? I also need to set my tpms as Tesla wheels are not for me. My key starts the car but doesn’t activate alarm and needs to be used as if it’s battery is dead so could do with another key.

@Xsist make sure to check that the battery in the remote is not shorting out. one of my remotes stopped working after I changed the battery. Someone here posted that there is a piece of metal that gets bent and shorts the battery, to fix it i put a very small piece of electrical tape. if i find a picture or get time to open my remote i will upload
