Tesla do not provide Wall connector wifi password in HK!

Anybody knows why Tesla HK refuse to provide the Wall Connector wifi password to the owner? To me, it is totally unacceptable as it is part of the product and Tesla just refused to provide the product with all its functionalities ...

Does this also means no software upgrade on Wall Connectors in HK?

Where does it mention wifi for wall connectors supplied in Hong Kong?

I see it only in North America at the moment, in which case the password is in the supplied user manual for North America customers.

The password inside the unit has been scratched off by the contractor employed by Tesla HK to install the unit.

There are people in HK (presumably Telsa employees or contractors) selling the WiFi paasword for US$250, apparently all they need is the TPN and TSN. Very suspicious this.
