Tesla does a bait and switch

I ordered my knew Tesla Model S October of 2018. I took delivery of it in December of 2018. When I ordered my car, I was told by the sales rep that I would receive 400 KWs of free annual supercharging. I also was referred from a current owner, so I received 6 months of free supercharging. When the free supercharging ended, I expected to get another 400 KWs for the next 6 months. Upon charging, my credit card was charged the amount of the usage. I thought this was in error, so I called Tesla support. They informed me that they switched the supercharger policy on November 1st, 2018 and since I had not taken delivery, I would not be receiving the free 400KWs of charging. Am I wrong to believe if they sold me the car telling me that I should receive it, that I should receive it? Any one have any ideas on who to call or talk to? I called my original sales rep but he no longer works for Tesla. Any help would be appreciated.

I am assuming that when you login to the website and check the vehicle supercharging status on your vehicle details page it does not show the 400 KWs of supercharging because you wouldn't be the first person to be charged for supercharging in error. That would be relatively easy to correct. If not, hopefully you saved a screen shot or printed out a paper copy of your order confirmation ( although that too is your vehicle details page as the Motor Vehicle Order Agreement, there is no telling if it is the same as it was when you ordered the car ). If it shows the 400KWs of supercharging you should also be able to correct the situation albeit with a little more difficulty. If there is nothing in writing, Rockster is right; you are out of luck. Tesla does things a little differently but car salespeople have been over promising and under delivering since the first car was on a showroom floor.

You know, 400 kw only costs about $110. I know, it’s the principle right? To buy a Taycan, the dealership (Hendrix) here in CHARLOTTE charges a “dealer administration fee” of $699, just to get on the list

New update on this...I did my first supercharge this year last weekend. When I plugged in at Alexandria, MN it said "Current Charge $0.25" and ran up to $5. When I stopped in Fargo, ND it said "Current Charge $0.00" for the whole session. I logged into my Tesla account and the history said the these 2 charges where free and they came out of my KW credits. I don't know what changed but now it looks like I am getting the 400 free KW that was promised to me 2 years ago:)
