I wonder if there is any solar panels and Powerwall? (I don't see any solar converters connected to the main Power panel next to the AC unit)

Could this home be converted into an Airbnb with separate downstairs and upstairs units ?

I has backup solar (can switch between grid / solar with one switch) and 600 AMP transformer with 400 AMP panel that also branches out across the property. we actually have used it as an Airbnb with separate downstairs and upstairs units. Both up and down have almost same exact footprint.
