Tesla Factory Tint Peeling

Hi all,

Just had my car valeted and the guy mentioned that the tint was peeling off from the rear window
This is factory standard tesla tint on the rear window

Interesting it's very close to the heat strips? not sure what they are called.
Picture attached!

Should I report to Tesla and will I be charged for it?
Bough the car outright in August 2020

I would've assumed any tint on windows was from being dipped, not a film!

I would report to Tesla. The difficulty I guess is going to be pointing out to them that you haven't added an aftermarket tint yourself.
