Can someone give me tesla finance phone number? I got denied with Chase and Lightstream. Any recommendation for a good credit union or bank in Illinois? Please let me know.

I don't know the number as I haven't ordered mine yet (will very soon), but I assume you already ordered your Model 3 and are now trying to secure the financing?

Also have you tried autopay.com ? They are known for refinancing but they also do new purchases. They will shop your loan to a bunch of lenders and get you something. I used them before on a private party purchase on an exotic. Which most traditional banks didn’t want to touch, and I didn’t want to do it as an unsecured loan.

Here is the phone number for the Tesla Finance department. 650-681-6789. They aren’t great about answering the phone, but leave a message and they will call you back.

Did you get an email from a credit advisor at Tesla? Of all the folks I have interacted with, this credit guy has been the absolute best with all my little questions, and scenarios I wanted to see.

Have you investigated why you were declined for two lenders already? I would be more concerned with that then I would be with finding yet another lender.
