Tesla & Fire again, but.......

Only this time, fortunately it wasn't the Tesla that caught fire. Was parked next to a trailer that caught fire and this is what my just washed black Tesla looked like after the amazing firefighters did a great job to get the fire out quickly!! Fortunate, nobody was hurt and I think the car escaped any damage. Had to find a coin-op high pressure washer quickly to get that stuff off the car so it didn't eat the paint. Will get a better idea in the daylight tomorrow. But, think it's OK.

Fortunately, I'm smart enough to not use the high pressure washer right on top of the car. Always leave at least a couple of feet between the car and washer. Definitely needed more than the house hose would offer and didn't want spread it around or risk scratching the paint by wiping it off. But yes, you do need to be careful in how you use a high pressure washer. If you are, they can be great tools.
