Tesla forgot to arrange delivery company

Hi All

This is a bit of a rant, so please feel free to move on.

M3 was due to be delivered this Friday 11th Sept.

Called first thing make sure everything was ready, got the ok, everything is fine.

15:00 rolls around still no car or text to say it’s been picked up. Get a call at 15:15, really sorry we forgot to arrange delivery for your car, earliest we can deliver is Tuesday 15th.

Anyone else had this experience? This is just the icing on the cake for what has been a terrible experience buying a M3. Anyone know what their complaints procedure is?

Welcome to the bubble of Tesla - any complaints by email will usually be followed up by....... Nothing! As much as I love the car, their customer service in the UK is appalling.
