Trenching 800' is pretty extreme in this case, and I have concerns anyway. What you are trying to do is extend CT's that normally max out at 300' of extension, more than double that. It may work regardless but it may not be accurate.
The correct solution from my perspective is directional wifi extension hardware and a wifi connected neurio just around the PV production circuit. The downside is that it connection might be flaky depending on how well it is setup. This definitely requires advanced networking skills but Tesla has a procedure in place.
