So when my wife took her model s in for service with 2 babies the best they could do was uber credits. (Completely useless)

I guess one has to have a blue check mark on their Twitter to be able to get any kind of good service from Tesla.

You’re not truly surprised are you? Elon IS the PR Dept now so if he’s publicly called out in a post-fight interview, you think he’s gonna pass up an opp to “make it right” and get more clicks and have TMC talking about it?

The only true escalation procedure within Tesla is to create negative press. It’s the only thing they give a squirt about, the only thing they respond to.

Unfortunately that’s a lot easier for a famous UFC fighter than you or me.

Agreed. The difference is other companies at least pretend to have structures in place to address the concerns of their “normal” customers too.
