At home for me because of my electricity I get 2 miles per hour using the 5-15 adapter and at work using the 14-50 close to 24 miles per hour of charge for my model S.

We'll I am confused then according to the link you sent for this item it said :

• Charging speeds between 2-3 miles of range per hour
  
  So this would not give 24 miles per charge. So maybe you sent me wrong link to item for sale. ?

What I am including in the sale are 3 adapters Gen 2 NEMA Adapters

• 5-15 Adapter yes you will get 2-3 miles of charge per hour (you plug into a standard outlet). The package from Tesla includes only 1 adapter NEMA 5-15.
  
• Using the 14-50 Adapter which is included in the sale ( 20 miles per hour) You need this type of outlet provides 32amps
