Tesla Home Charging Question

Hi,
I have a 3 phase supply at home and was wondering what 3 phase breaker to use to charge my Model S as I am changing out my distribution board, I have a Tesla charger and was wondering what fuse rating (30 amp or more) and my spark is wondering if C Type or B Type is to be used?
