Washington DMV peeps: Well this post is a little unusual (and may get thrown out by Moderators) but here goes. We are selling our house in Fairfax VA (10600 Barn Swallow Court, Fairfax, VA 22032) which is equipped with an 100 amp HPWC (80 amps at plug) on the right side of the two-car garage and also a NEMA 14-50 on the left side of the garage. The house is also wired for Dominion Virginia Power's EV Pricing Plan (good thru 30 Nov 2018 as of this post) which gives you very low Super Off Peak (1 am - 6 am) rates.
