Tesla in Perth

Hi all, wife and I are planning to move to the Karrinyup area of Perth from Melbourne next year. We currently have a reservation for a Model 3. Since we may buy a cheaper house and hopefully will have cash to spare from sale of our house I am also considering upgrading to a Model S.
Can any Perth local advise on the practicalities of owning a Tesla in Perth and if there is a Tesla dealership in Perth, service support and extent of superchargers avaliable?

Tesla's have an unofficial service site with a full time technician that is building up a great rep with owners, I also understand a second person has recently been employed.
Plenty of charging options in Perth and the South-West plus WA has its own Tesla owners club- Tesla Owners Club Western Australia

Haha yes, the thought did cross my mind but I will likely have moved before I could get my hands on one. Have done the trip many years ago but I think adventure driving is now a little past me. I assume the road is in better condition now but 40 hours and 3400Km of driving spooks me as well as the likely possibility of getting a flat tire on the way. My intended Tesla will strictly be a city car.
