Tesla in "Royal Pains" on USA Network

Right at the end of the episode that first ran tonight, "If I Were a Sickman" there is a Tesla.

USA often repeats the episodes.

I was on vacation and saw a commercial for the show twice. It was a quick shot of a guy in a seat. It was too quick to be sure and the B&B did not have Tivo to wind back..

Just saw the episode. Beautiful red Roadster with a guy yelling 3.9 secs and electric!

That's another TV charater that owns a Roadster (like the Leverage guy).

Ehh... a bit too cheesy for me, at least the parts that I've seen. But I can see how it could have wide appeal.

Another appearance in episode 10. Hulu - Royal Pains: Am I Blue? - Watch the full episode now. The beige seats return. (Pretty sure this car is VP21, the same car Lyle Dennis took for his "tight" test drive.)

Two scenes this time. The first is during the precredit sequence at 5:00. The second is a night shot at 13:30.
I wonder if this product placement costs Tesla (or the show) anything. Is it generating any sales? This show certainly makes good use of the car and makes it look great.

Roadster shows up at 14:30 and 45:20.

Different car again. This time the now standard wheels and a black leather interior. A plot point has the car being sold, so maybe this is the last we'll see of the Roadster on the show.
