I recently attended a Take Charge event in Rhode Island and it turns out they did a 7 minute segment on electric charging stations in the state. One could argue the tone of the reporter, does he like the infrastructure build or a bit upset that it is using taxpayer money. It does seem to me he is mostly just stating the facts. In any case the Grey Tesla backing out to give test rides is me! It is at 3:24 into the piece. Enjoy.
