Yes, but OLED tech doesn't work well with screens that have static images like instrument clusters and vehicle UIs because of burn-in issues. OLEDs have come a long way in preventing burn-in, but I can't imagine you could completely eliminate burn-in the way Tesla uses their screens.

Sounds like a good application for MicroLED.

One of the Tesla forum members just posted that he got the MCU upgrade on a Feb 2017 Model S.

But the kit they installed was a MCU1/AP2.5 to MCU2/HW3 kit. We won't know what is in a MCU1/AP2.0 kit until someone actually gets one. (They likely weren't supposed to do his car yet, as the Tesla site still says the upgrade isn't available yet.)

But hey it appears to work...

Since fw 2020.8.1, Videos store is not running any more for Dashcam / Sentrymode (error message : disk is full). With the new MCU2 / FSD retrofit, do you still have this issue. Thanks in advance

The retrofit corrected that bug on disk full. When we got 20.8.2 my disk starting saying it was full all the time. when I got the car back from the retrofit I have not seen the problem again.
