Tesla Insurance App

The Tesla insurance app is deceptive.
It shows present charges and a projected charge based on the current safety score you have. However the day the projection becomes actual, the app lowers the score and increases the insurance.
As like all the threads here, tough to reach customer service has unique innovative answer, as per them the score showed in your app is a rolling score and what you see is not what you get actually.
Can i escalate and understand more about the app as i am not convinced ?? < response > no one is there to support on the app, so no possible escalation

So I am at the mercy of an imaginary logic behind whoever develops or maintains the app behind the screen and keep paying what i am asked to.

But reading through the different threads i am lucky (or unlucky ) that my issue is much before what they are facing now

Sharing my observation in the forum and looking for any help for a real person contact to support regarding tesla insurance ( any senior executive who feels proud in what they have delivered to millions of customers and owns the issues )

TIA

Which safety score version are you on? How long you have been with Tesla insurance? I have been using it for more than a year, after the first month, the first premium is accurate and then the next projected one will depend on how you finished at the current 30 days period. They just upgraded me to safety score 1.2 (which sucks) and haven't been more than a month yet. I am thinking about dropping them to go back to traditional insurance - I will be paying a lot more but I got customer service...
