I thought that proactive communication when the unexpected happens was the topic at hand.
Years ago, when my parents were expecting delivery of a new BMW shipped over from Germany, there was word on the news of a whole car carrier overturned on the freeway. It was a tense day or two before we found out that ours was not on that truck!
