So if the car is having problems does that mean you get a one year warranty extension?
Does the driver get over the problems after a year? Does the fix get sent out in little packs each day over the course of a year till the last one enables the fix?

Yes, that's what I heard as well.

I was just curoius where "One-third percent" came from. Assuming they've delivered 6,000 vehicles, the minimum % of 85 kWh is > 1000 (Signatures) which is at least 16%. So 0.33% seems a bit off.
