Will be accompanied by Consumer Reports' extensive explanation why it thinks Teslas are not well built, not safe, or whatever, and that "customer satisfaction" is a meaningless metric. Which leads inevitably to the question: if customer satisfaction is meaningless, why does Consumer Reports bother to conduct that survey?
