so, I used Tesla's lending/financing option for my model 3, and have received it a month back. i have not heard anything from Tesla Lending to setup the monthly auto payment plan. should i contact anyone specific? have others received instructions etc by mail?

Call Chase, or the bank they used, directly. I hadn't received anything either, and when I called Chase I found out they the Tesla store had sent them my address without an apartment number, so I never got their letter. I then setup everything online and fixed my address on their site.
I have not got any paper work, and my first instalment is due in 3 days. I called the advisor - he said even he does not have any idea. We dont know who the lender (which bank ?) ... there is no point in calling Chase (which number in Chase...) for eg?
