My significant other and I ended up going through Pasadena Federal Credit Union. We tried going through LA Financial Credit Union but all they did was pull the credit report and never got back to us with a decision either way. We tried asking about their rates and qualification requirements before applying and got the canned "won't know until you apply" line. Even then we still never heard back. Pretty unprofessional.

Pasadena Federal Credit Union on the other hand were transparent from the start. Gave us the breakdown in rates based on FICO (lowest rates we found), what DTIs they look at and some other general info. We came in and applied in person and were given a decision in just a few hours. Even waited for us on a Friday afternoon because Tesla really dragged their feet on the MVPA. If you're in the LA area, definitely recommend Pasadena Federal Credit Union.

is this directly through the "Payment method" on your order on the web site?
I placed my order and looking for best loan rate.

I currently see 4.25 APR do we need to go to next step to see actual rates?
It showed 4.25% on app, it came back at 3.44% after approval. Rep said the lowest he has seen through tesla is 3.43%.... Also I ran alot of different sencerios. I found that if are going to buy the fsd, dont finance it and just pay for it at the time of delivery with credit card and get the points. It will save you on interest.

Didn't read through all the responses so not sure how to add a bank. But I'm using Riverland FCU, which is currently at 2.24% for 60 month terms (it was only 1.99% when I joined). Membership open to anyone (just requires you to support the New Orleans Arts Council if you're not eligible based on employment or family).

Interesting. I see you are based in Philadelphia. Do they have a physical location there or did you just apply online? Thanks for the help

How was your experience with them? I found them to be extremely unresponsive unless I was able to reach the loan advisor directly. Emails and voicemails routinely went without a reply.

Not too bad - A little inconvenient to physically open the account at a branch (instead of through snail mail). Definitely speak directly with the loan advisor as the other reps are not set up to assist on that. Since they had a decent interest rate and loan program, I lowered my expectations on their quality of service. The loan team is speedy though.

I also went with Pasadena Federal Credit Union. Customer service was decent, just takes several calls to get a hold of someone. Got 60 month loan @ 2.74%. Will do business with them again.

Where does it say on their website that you can join by supporting that group? I just see about certain employers and family members.

Another tip: Always look for several different credit unions around your local area! they usually have the best rates if you have decent credit score and history. I was able to pull off a 2.75% for 72 months and took delivery of the car just last week

Interesting. It's still on this page.

no direct contact to reach at arts New Orleans, they are slow and they wont let you join if your purpose was to get membership at the CU.

CU needs to get a direct email for Arts council to get your membership application going and Arts council takes like a week to 10 days to do this, this is my experience and I so I didnt went with them.

It now states that you need to prepay or agree to 12 months ($120) with the Arts council.

Hello Everyone!

I’m hoping that one of you wonderful people can help! I’m trying to find a leasing option for me, who lives in Kentucky, one of the 3 states that will not allow Tesla to directly lease in. I’ve already extended my Mercedes lease and am in a rush to get a Tesla to replace that car so I can give it back to them.

Tesla referred me to 2 leasing companies but they only lease to companies, not individuals. I’m just hoping someone has been through this themselves, maybe knows someone who has or has a contact that give me a hand with this.

Any help you all can provide I would very much appreciate, thank you so much in advance!

I will be posting this on other forums also just to try and get more exposure. Apologies if this was posted in an incorrect forum.

Thanks again so much!

Steve
