Despite what we hear about Tesla’s customer service in some areas, Australians trust the company more than most automakers. I think this result in Australia is not so much because of Tesla as a company but the sheer dedication and enthusiasm of the Service Centres here. I only have experiences with the ones in Sydney and Brisbane but both are nothing but excellent and bend over backwards to assist you. If there is an issue its because they did not get the authorization from headquarters. There are some questionable policies (support for salvaged vehicles, spare parts and info for 3rd parties, MCU black screen, HPWC Legacy mode disabled) which could be reviewed one day, hopefully.
