Tesla mobile app data usage

Hi,

Since I’ve had my Tesla iPhone app, my monthly mobile data usage has rocketed. I’m not sure if it’s due to the app or not, as I can’t see mobile data stats on individual apps.

The app does receive data constantly while open, at least. Has anyone noticed increased data use? Can anyone with an Android check if their app uses a lot of data please?

On your iPhone, go to settings::cellular. It tells you how much data has been consumed by each app.

Highly doubtful this its related to the Tesla app. I use mine all the time and its used 17.0 MB of data in the last month.

So it does! Mine used a tiny amount, so it isn’t the culprit. Thanks.
