I have a model s and a model y on the same account. In the Tesla App I had full access to all menues of the app for both cars. Everything was fine. Since two weeks, I have no access to the Service Menüe of the model Y. A unknown connection failure is statet. In the model s section of the app, everything is remaining well. The tesla service center is not aware of this problem. Does anybody know what could be going on?
